Goods purchased from Pickled Steel will be sent out within 2 Business days from receiving the payment. We only send parcels on Business days. Items that are purchased on pre-order could take weeks to arrive and you will be informed of such.
Shipping Methods offered:
South Africa Courier Door delivery: Parcel will be delivered to your door. Someone will need to be able to sign for this package.
USA Courier Door delivery: Parcel will be delivered to your door. Someone will need to be able to sign for this package.
Collection for your courier: Your parcel can be collected from us by your own courier at No 1 Oakland, 88 South Street, Die Hoewes, Centurion, 0157. Please ensure you send your waybill to info@pickledsteel.co.za for it to be added to your parcel.
We strive to deliver your goods as soon as possible. Depending on your location our parcels are delivered within 1-3 Business days from the day the parcel was sent. Waybill numbers and courier info will be emailed or Whatsapp'd to you.
Please note our couriers do not deliver to P.O Box addresses or Farms. All deliveries would need to be signed for. The risk will be transferred to the client once the parcel has left our premises. We unfortunately do not offer the SA Post Office as a option for shipping.
We send out Door Delivery parcels every second Business day of the week. However in busy times your order might only ship out within three Business days after the order was placed.
